Fugitive captured by police taskforce

A fugitive who was being sought by the Kingston and St.Andrew Major Investigation Taskforce (MIT) has been captured.
     
He is Damion Lewis,22, otherwise known as “Demon” of Shortwood Lane.
 
Lewis, who was wanted for murder, was captured on Saturday in the St Andrew North Police Division .
     
The police, supported by Mobile Reserve and the Jamaica Defence Force were conducting operations in Grants Pen when he was captured.
 
Lewis was wanted in connection with the murder of  Delmar Rowe  on April 24, 2012.
   
And the police have released the names of  six men wanted in connection with murders and shootings in the Division.
    
They are Kemar Graham; Phillip Wayne Marshall; Michael Ferguson; Dennis Kennedy; Jermaine Pink and Ackeem Allah.
   
Graham is of  dark complexion, 5’10” tall, has a small face, and appears to be in his late 20’s to early 30’s.
He is wanted in connection with the murder of  Dean Campbell  on July 27, 2009 in Boone Hall, St. Andrew.   

Marshall,43  is also known as “Ratta Clothes”, of  Irish Town St. Andrew is of  dark complexion, slim build, and 5’10” tall.He's wanted in connection with the February 4, 2008 murder of  Dwayne Morris, Orane Williams, Romeo Maise and Omar Williams in Gordon Town, St. Andrew. Marshall is said to frequent Central Kingston.   
    
Ferguson who is also called “Mickey” of  Cassava Piece, St.Andrew is of  dark complexion and is 5 feet tall.
He is said to frequent St. Mary.He is wanted in connection with the murder of  Kayalia Brown otherwise called “Carlene Brown” on September 23, 2007 at Glen Drive, Kingston 8.    


Also wanted is Dennis Kennedy of  Sunlight Street, Kingston, is of  dark complexion and  5’ 9” tall. He is wanted in connection with the murder of  Richard Barrett on December 21, 2006 at the Princeville Plaza on Constant Spring Road.


Kennedy is said to frequent the Princeville Plaza, Eastwood Park Gardens, Badgale Mountain, and Siloah in St. Elizabeth.
The police are also hunting for Pink of  Grants Pen Road who is wanted for shooting and illegal possession of  a firearm.He is said to frequent Grants Pen.   
    
Ackeem Allah wis wanted for the shooting of  Sydney Edwards, Stevon Bell and Rayon Mahoney on June 14, 2013 in Toms River.


 Persons with information on their whereabouts should contact the Constant Spring Police, the 119 emergency number or the nearest Police Station.
