The Housing Agency of Jamaica (HAJ) has issued a public advisory of a group known as the Portmore Villas Industrial and Prodvident Society which has been asking persons to make deposits to an account at National Commercial Bank.
This is in relation to Portmore Villas.
The HAJ, in a release Tuesday afternoon, said it has not authorized anyone to take deposits on its behalf and is investigating the reports.
