A Jamaican is now on the latest top 10 Most Wanted List of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
He is 52-year-old Desmond Hugh Chambers.
ICE says Chambers, who also goes by the name Warren Michael Mullings, was convicted of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, second degree rape, first degree sex offense, and false imprisonment.
He was removed from the U.S. on May 10, 2000.
However, Chambers unlawfully reentered the U.S and despite numerous attempts by ICE to ascertain his whereabouts, he remains at-large.
His last known location was Maryland, Florida and Georgia.
