Man accused of house-breaking remanded

A man who is accused of breaking into a house was remanded when he appeared in the St. Elizabeth Parish Court on Monday. 
Garnet Daley, who is charged with housebreaking and larceny, is scheduled to return to court on November 20 when his caSe will again be mentioned.
The case file was incomplete.
The court was told that from August 28 to September 1, Mr. Daley broke into the house while the owner was overseas.
He reportedly stole a laptop and other valuables amounting to thousands of dollars.
Mr. Daley was picked up three weeks after the incident, and in a caution statement to the police, confessed to committing the crime.
