Man found dead at his gate in Clarendon was electrocuted, JPS says

The Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) has confirmed that the 55 year old man whose body was found at his gate in Denbigh, Clarendon on Tuesday was electrocuted.
In a release Friday morning, the JPS said Sebert Sebron was electrocuted by an illegal connection.
Mr. Sebron's nude body, with electrical cords next to it, was found at his Kraal Road residence under a light post.
The JPS says 18 per cent of the energy it generates is lost through electricity theft.
Electricity theft occurs mainly in Kingston and St. Andrew, St. Catherine, Clarendon as well as St. James.
