The St. Elizabeth police have launched a search for three men who held up and robbed the Lasco Money Transfer outlet in Santa Cruz of more than $1 million.
According to reports, sometime after midday on Tuesday, three men armed with guns entered the store in Central Plaza and demanded cash.
They proceed to rob the institution of $1.6 million before escaping on foot.
An alarm was made but the men managed to elude the police into the busy commercial centre.
