MOCA questions men held for alleged fraud at Manchester Parish Council

Investigators from the Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA), have begun questioning the two men held in connection with alleged fraud at the Manchester Parish Council.
     
The interviews began Tuesday afternoon.
     
The Deputy Superintendent in charge of Roads and Works and another employee of the Council, were arrested on Friday during a MOCA-led operation.
     
MOCA detectives seized documents and computers from the Parish Council as part of a probe into an alleged multi-million dollar fraud racket at the Council.
     
The cops also searched several properties on Friday in their operation.
     
MOCA said other employees of the Manchester Parish Council are also under investigation in the case.
