New Jamaican Consul-General for Miami

Franz Hall has been appointed Jamaica's new Consul-General in Miami.

Mr. Hall, who is a career diplomat, has more than 20 years’ experience in the Foreign Affairs ministry having served in Geneva, New York and Washington, D.C. Most recently, he has been the acting Head of the Trade Agreements Implementation Coordination Unit. He has also served as Deputy Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States.

Mr. Hall is expected to assume duties by October 3.
