Nine members of Kings Valley gang nabbed in Westmoreland raid

The Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigations Branch (C-TOC) has announced another major gang bust in Westmoreland. 
 
Assistant Commissioner Fitz Bailey, head of C-TOC, said nine alleged members of the Kings Valley gang were detained during an operation in Peggy Barry, Westmoreland on Wednesday, in which 56 people were taken into custody.
 
The seven men and two women from the gang have been transferred to Kingston. 
 
Mr. Bailey said an illegal firearm, a motor vehicle, several cellphones and tablets were also seized during Wednesday's operation.
