Member of Parliament for St Andrew South West, Dr Angela Brown Burke, says she has no confidence that the concerns she had with the People's National Party, PNP, which led to her joining the Rise United campaign, will be resolved before the next general election.
She says Jamaicans have found the party wanting and the leadership will be foolhardy if the concerns are not acted on.
She however said that there no ill will towards the leadership of the PNP for her omission from the shadow cabinet.
Dr Brown Burke is among three former spokespersons who represented the Rise United campaign during the presidential election. All three were left out of the shadow Cabinet announced by opposition leader Dr. Peter Phillips on Thursday.
