Passing out parade for over 200 constables

Just under 300 Constables who trained at the University of  the West Indies, Mona Campus, yesterday participated in the Passing Out Parade an Awards Ceremony at the National Police College of Jamaica.

This is the first batch of  new constables to graduate from the college as motorcyclists, pedal cyclists or motor vehicle drivers.

Batch 117 - of 293 constables, is also the first cohort to train and graduate from the UWI.

The partnership with the JCF and the UWI was not solely for the training of  recruits at the Mona campus.
