Percy Junor Hospital gets refrigerator to store blood

Patients at Percy Junor Hospital in Manchester who need blood for surgery are to see a reduction in the waiting time for the life saving fluid.
    
The hospital on Tuesday received a compact blood bank refrigerator from the Jamaica Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Limited and the Southern Regional Health Authority.
    
Dr. Carlos Wilson, Senior Medical Officer at the Hospital, said the equipment will greatly benefit patients.
