The two persons charged in the J$100-million gasoline racket, have been offered bail.
St. Ann gas station operator, Hansley Berry and Cool Oasis employee D'Andra Gibbs, were offered J$5 million bail by a Supreme Court judge on Wednesday.
The two were taken into custody more than two weeks ago, following a probe into a multi-million dollar gas racket at Cool Oasis.
It is reported, that between October 2013 and September one hundred million dollars worth of fuel, purchased by Cool Oasis, was diverted to the Berry's service station. He then sold the petrol cheaper than his competitors.
They will appear in court on December 1.
