Commissioner of Police George Quallo, says he will submit the JCF administrative review report on the conduct of five cops during the May 2010 Tivoli Gardens operation to the Police Service Commission.
He says the Commission will make a determination on the matter.
Quallo outlined his intention in a news release yesterday following a meeting with the Police Officers’ Association and the Police Federation.
The Commissioner said his position to stand by the report meant he was satisfied with the process of review.
He said the panel comprised experienced, technically sound and reputable persons who were objective in their approach.
According to Quallo, the West Kingston Commission of Enquiry Recommendation was concerned with establishing whether the five officers were derelict or committed any misconduct of their duties.
The Jamaica Constabulary Force's administrative review cleared the five police officers of dereliction of duty in connection with the Tivoli Gardens operation.
