Despite its court victory yesterday the Police Federation is hoping that the issues with its former Chairman Corporal Arlean McBean will now end and litigation will cease.
The Supreme Court struck out the claim brought by Corporal McBean.
Proceedings started after Corporal McBean was ousted before her term ended as Chairman following a vote of no confidence.
She obtained an injunction ordering her reinstatement, on the basis that she was illegally removed from the post.
In responding to the outcome, Chairman of the Police Federation, Sergeant Patrae Rowe, says he is elated at the ruling but wants the litigation to end
