Classes at Port Henderson Primary school in Portmore, St. Catherine will remain closed for the rest of the week due to the dust nuisance affecting students and staff.
The dust nuisance is caused by improvement works on the Port Henderson main road.
Classes should resume at the institution on Monday.
Classes were suspended for three days last week over concern about the impact of the dust on the students.
The school has been seeing low turn out of students due to the dust nuisance.
Following a complaint by the administrators almost two weeks ago, the National Works Agency (NWA) had promised the dust would soon be reduced.
