The government and law enforcement lost a major battle Friday when the courts released reputed Clansman gang leader Tesha Miller.
The Court of Appeal earlier Friday afternoon upheld his appeal and quashed the conviction and the 15-year sentence that was imposed last year.
Miller was convicted for illegal possession of a firearm following an incident in which a man was reportedly relieved of his motor vehicle at gunpoint by Miller and two of his cronies.
