Derrick Smith
Leader of Opposition Business, Derrick Smith, has suggested that Andrew Holness, should offer another apology to Senators Arthur Williams and Dr Christopher Tufton.
He says this would assist in the healing process in the aftermath of the Senate seat issue, which caused public disquiet among Jamaica Labour Party members.
Mr Holness apologised to the men after the Supreme Court ruled that their pre-signed resignation letters were unconstitutional and null.However, he subsequently appealed the ruling.
The Court of Appeal also ruled against him, and Mr Smith argues that another apology would not hurt.
