Some NWC pumping stations in St. Elizabeth affected by turbidity

Several communities served by the Benlomond and Union Pumping Stations in St. Elizabeth have had their domestic water supply disrupted due to turbidity.

The National Water Commission (NWC) says this is as a result of the recent heavy rains.

The NWC said the affected communities include Union, Balaclava, Siloah, Aberdeen, Thornton and their adjoining districts.
