A St. Thomas man was on Wednesday arrested and charged with breaches of the anti-lottery scam law.
He is Raymond Dinal of Bath in the parish.
Mr. Dinal was one of two men arrested during a special operation by the Proactive Investigation Unit in Port Morant and Bath.
He was charged with the Possession of Identity Information which is a breach of the Law Reform Fraudulent Transactions Act.
Mr. Dinal was offered bail and is booked to appear in the St. Thomas Parish Court next month.
The other man was questioned and released.
