The five men who were last month charged with possession of agricultural produce without a valid receipt pleaded not guilty when they appeared before the St. Thomas Parish Court on Wednesday.
Richard Downer, Marvin Buckner, and Fitzroy Delaney of Portland and Nelson Thomas and Dexeane Dwyer are to return to court on August 16 for trial.
The operations were carried out in and around the Morant Bay area on by the St. Thomas Police Anti Predial Larceny Prevention Team.
