The National Works Agency (NWA) has said the streetlights along the Mandela Highway are back in operation after circuit breakers were removed by thieves.
NWA Communication Manager Stephen Shaw said the circuit breakers were discovered missing during checks over the weekend.
He said thieves have removed the circuit breakers as well as street lamps and wires since the commencement of works along the highway.
The NWA is urging the public to report individuals who are stealing the equipment.
