Temporary traffic restrictions are in effect along a section of Constant Spring Road in St. Andrew as the National Works Agency,(NWA) prepares to wrap up aspects of the road improvement project.
Motorists travelling from the direction of the Blaise Industrial Complex towards Dunrobin Avenue will be re-routed.
The south-bound lanes leading to Half Way Tree will accommodate traffic heading in both directions.
The change will be in effect until 4 o'clock Monday morning.
The NWA is trying to wrap up significant aspects of the Constant Spring Road expansion project before the start of the new school year on September 2.
This includes the removal of the present surface, base strengthening and repaving.
The NWA says the US$20-million project is now 80 per cent complete.
