Tesha Miller released from custody

Tesha Miller has been released from custody.
His attorney, Bert Samuels, told RJR News that he was released a shortwhile ago.
Parish Judge Vaughn Smith had given the police until 6:00 p.m. today to either charge Mr. Miller or release him.
He was questioned on Wednesday in relation to gang activities and murders in Spanish Town, St. Catherine.
A senior investigator told RJR News that Miller refused to answer the questions and was subsequently released by the Major Investigation Division (MID) on Wednesday evening.
Miller was deported from the Bahamas two weeks ago after trying to enter that country illegally.
He was fined $100 on Tuesday after he pleaded guilty to breaches of the Immigration Act.
