Traffic changes for Buju Banton’s “Long Walk to Freedom”

With the Buju Banton's highly anticipated "Long Walk To Freedom" concert scheduled for this evening at the National Stadium the police have announced traffic changes.
Before the event, sections of  Mountain View Avenue and Deanery Road will be closed to accommodate shuttle buses taking patrons from the National Heroes Circle to the National Stadium.
Authorised patrons will have limited access to Mountain View Avenue and Arthur Wint Drive and shuttle buses will be allowed to exit.
Persons accessing the Bustamante Hospital for Children and residents will be able to enter Tom Redcam Drive, Arthur Wint Drive, Stanton Terrace and Roosevelt Avenue.
There will be limited access to VIPs and business operators.
North Avenue will be closed to the general motoring public but there will be limited access granted to residents of  Swallowfield.
Meanwhile - the police say no parking will be allowed on roads in the vicintiy of  the National Stadium.
These include Arthur Wint Drive, Roosevelt Avenue, Latham Avenue, Stanton Terrace, Mountain View Avenue and Tom Redcam Drive.
Following the Buju Banton concert, all closures will be removed with the exception of  Mountain View Avenue, Deanery Road, Tom Redcam Drive and Arthur Wint Drive where shuttle buses will operate.
