Two charged in connection with death of three year old in Annotto Bay

Two men who were detained in connection with last month's killing of a three year old girl in Annotto Bay, St. Mary have been charged.
They were charged on Tuesday evening with murder, shooting with intent and illegal possession of a firearm.
Kelecia Matthews, otherwise called 'Pooka', of Cane Lane, was shot on February 14 while walking home with her stepfather.
Residents of Cane Lane have blocked sections of the main road in Annotto Bay to protest the men being charged.
The residents, who also protested the arrest of the men last week, insist that they are innocent.
