Woman arrested for lottery scamming offered bail

Roshena Banton, 22, of Junction, who was arrested along with two men during an anti-lottery scamming operation in Morning Side, St. Elizabeth has been offered bail.  
Miss Banton was offered bail in the sum of $500,000 with surety when she appeared in the St. Elizabeth parish court on Monday.              
She was offered bail as the court was informed that she was nine months pregnant.  
Miss Banton is charged with possession of identity information.  
The court was told that Miss Banton was arrested after several lead sheets containing names and other personal information of persons living overseas were found in a house she occupied with two men.
The men are to appear in court on Wednesday.
