One woman has been confirmed dead following a motor vehicle crash on the Rio Bueno main road in St. Ann.
The crash involved a Knutsford Express bus and a Toyota Rav4.
Several others have been hospitalised.
Reports say overtaking could be a factor in the crash.
The highway is now closed and traffic has been diverted to the old road through the town of Rio Bueno.
