Reggae Boy Hector makes debut for Chelsea

Reggae Boy Michael Hector made his debut for Chelsea on Wednesday in a 3-0 friendly win over RZ Pellets in Austria.

Hector came off the bench for the English club, playing 32 minutes partnering captain John Terry in the centre of defence.

The Jamaican international signed for Chelsea last summer but spent the entire season on loan at Championship club Reading where he made over 35 appearances.

Meanwhile, Hector's Jamaican teammate Jobi McAnuff signed for Division Two club Stevenage on a free transfer after being released by Leyton Orient in May.
