Bolt wins 2017 ESPY Award

Usain Bolt turned back the likes of Real Madrid football star Cristiano Ronaldo and swimmer Katinka Hosszu to secure his third ESPY Award in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

Bolt's triple gold medal performances over the 100m, 200m and 4x100 metres at the Rio Olympics, landed him the 2017 ESPY best international athlete.

Bolt who is currently in Europe preparing for his last appearance at the IAAF World Championships in London before retiring this summer, previously won the coveted award in 2009 and 2013.
