Football coach Kevin "Senseh" Williams' was on Friday sentenced to a combined 16 years and three months in prison as punishment for having had sex with a 15-year-old minor at the coach’s former place of employment, Mona High School in October 2017. The sentencing took place at the Supreme Court in Kingston.
The former Premier League coach was sentenced to 11 years and 11 months for having sexual intercourse with a person under 16 years. Williams was also slapped 4 years and four months for indecent assault. The football coach will have to serve ten years behind bars before becoming eligible for parole.
The court has also stipulated that Williams must not be employed or engaged in any coaching, training or any activity involving children. In March, Williams was found guilty of having sex with a 15-year-old female student of the school in October 2017.
