A topsy-turvy season for outgoing Red Stripe Premier League (RSPL) champions Arnett Gardens has seen Patrick Roberts handing in his resignation as president of the club. His resignation will become effective May 9, 2018.
Roberts' resignation comes on the heels of the club's semi-final loss to Waterhouse in the RSPL on Monday night at the Tony Spaulding Sports Complex. His resignation, also follows months of salary disputes with the players, who had written a letter calling for his resignation last month. Roberts had been president of the club since the year 2000.
