Dacres maintains excellent form in discus throw

Commonwealth Games champion and current world leader Fedrick Dacres secured another victory on European soil, this time at the Boysen Memorial International Meet in Norway on Thursday. Dacres threw 65.91 meters to win the men's discus ahead of compatriot and club mate Chad Wright who was second with 62.30 meters. 

Meanwhile, 2014 Commonwealth Games champion Kemar Bailey-Cole produced a season's best performance to finish second in the 100 meters at the Guadalajara International Athletics Meet in Mexico. Bailey-Cole sped to 10.12 seconds in to place second in the final behind Brazillian Derik Silva 10.10. 

Former Jamaican sprinter Emre Zafer Barnes (formerly Winston Barnes)  who now competes for Turkey, was third in 10.18 seconds.
