Dacres sets new national record

Commonwealth Games champion Fedrick Dacres threw a national record, world-leading and meet record mark of 69.67 to dismiss a quality field in the men's discus at Sunday's IAAF Diamond League in Stockholm, Sweden.

Meanwhile, 2015 world champion Danielle Williams continued her good early season form with a personal best 12.48 for second in the women's 100 metres hurdles.

The event was won by American Brianna McNeal in a world-leading and meet record 12.38 seconds with Alina Talay of Belarus third in 12.55.
