Daley to ply trade in USL

National Under-20 Reggae Boy Nicque Daley has signed a four year deal with Charleston Battery in the United Soccer League in the United States. The 18 year old left the island last month for a 6 week trial in Chile's top flight for Colo Colo but has now agreed a deal with the former USL champions until 2023. Daley had a successful schoolboy career with Clarendon College, winning the DaCosta Cup and Olivier Shield last year, collecting two Golden Boots along the way.

He also netted 6 goals for Jamaica in the CONCACAF Under-20 Championships last year, finishing in the top 10 of the leading scorers. Daley will now join fellow Jamaican Obrien Woodbine in the Charleston Battery squad.
