Defending champions suffer third straight loss in RSPL

Defending champions Portmore United suffered yet another defeat this season as they went down 1-0 to Dunbeholden at the Prison Oval in the Red Stripe Premier League on Sunday. A 45th minute penalty from Dean-Andre Thomas was enough to inflict a third straight loss on Portmore which leaves head coach Ricardo 'Bibi' Gardner winless since taking over in July.

Meanwhile, newly promoted Molynes United continued their impressive start to the league after a 1-0 win over fellow promoted side Vere United at the Wembley Centre of Excellence which keeps them top of the table.

Paul 'Tegat' Davis got his first win as head coach of Mount Pleasant Academy following their 1-0  victory over Tivoli Gardens at Drax Hall, meaning Tivoli have lost three straight while Cavalier and Humble Lion played out a 1-1 draw at Stadium East.In the later kickoff, Waterhouse hammered Harbour View 7-0 at the Drewsland Stadium with double strikes from Colorado Murray, Kenroy Howell and Stephen Williams.
