Fowler in form but Fever struggle in Suncorp Super League

Fifty-eight goals from 65 attempts from Sunshine Girls' goal shooter Jhaniele Fowler was not enough for the West Coast Fever as they lost 68-62 to Romelda Aiken and the Queensland Firebirds in the Suncorp Super Netball League in Australia on Sunday.

Aiken scored 19 goals from 22 attempts for the Firebirds. It was the Firebirds' first win of the season after a string of 12 winless games. The loss for the Fever keeps them at 7th in the table. The competition continues on August 24.
