Chris Gayle's struggles in the Pakistan Super League continued on Sunday as he made only 11 for his Karachi Kings who registered a 9 run win over Darren Sammy's Peshawar Zalmi in Dubai. The Kings first posted 174-4 with Shoaib Malik topscoring with 51 not out, Babar Azam 46 and Ravi Bopara 30.
The Zalmi's struggled throughout their innings as only Shahid Afridi 54 and Sammy 34, coped against Sohail Khan 3-28 and Usman Khan 3-32 as they were eventually dismissed for 165 in 19.5 overs.
The win takes the Kings from the bottom of the standings with four points while Zalmi remain in third, a point ahead.
