'Hitman' ready to defend title in Jamaica

Following six weeks of intense sparring sessions, Kemahl ‘Hitman’ Russell believes he's well tuned and ready to defend his North American Boxing Federation (NABF) junior middleweight title against Mexican Michi Munoz on Friday night at the National Arena. Russell's sparring partner, 2-time Contender Series champion Sakima ‘Mr Smooth’ Mullings will square off against Guyana's Edmund Declou in a junior middleweight non-title clash over 8 rounds on the same fight card.

There will be four other fights on the card including a clash between Tsetsi ‘Lights Out’ Davis against Christopher Pearson out of New York.
