Jamaica will battle Windward Islands for Regional Four-day cricket honours, from April 25-28 at Beausejour Stadium in St. Lucia.
The Jamaicans eked out a narrow one-wicket win over host Barbados in their semi-final at Kensington Oval on Tuesday to book their spot in the final.
Scores: Barbados: 245 & 223 ; Jamaica: 302 & 167 for 9.
Tamar Lambert, captain of the Jamaican team, was named man of the match for his first innings century.
