Jamaica land women's sprint relay at CAC Games

Jamaica's women secured gold in the sprint relay at the CAC Games in Baranquilla, Colombia on Thursday evening. The team of Jura Levy, Sherone Simpson, Joneille Smith and Natasha Morrison clocked 43.41 seconds to win ahead Trinidad and Tobago and the Dominican Republic.

Meanwhile, the men's team of Nesta Carter, Romario Williams, Rasheed Dwyer and Javoy Tucker took bronze after posting 38.79 seconds behind the Dominican Republic 38.71 and winners Barbados 38.41. Jamaica's medal tally now stands at 24 overall following these two medals.
