Jamaica qualify for Rugby League World Cup

Jamaica has qualified for the Rugby League World Cup for the first time ever after defeating the United States 16-10 in the Americas Championship at the Hodges Stadium in Florida on Saturday. This was also the first time Jamaica defeated the United States in the history of rugby league.

The World Cup will be held in England in 2021. The Reggae Warriors will find out their opponents in the world cup when the draw is conducted in 2019.
