Jamaica's women record another victory at CAC hockey qualifying tournament

Jamaica's women's team warmed up for Sunday's final against their Guyanese counterparts with a 1-0 win over Bermuda on Saturday at the CAC Games qualifying tournament at the Mona Hockey Field.

Kristal Holgate scored the lone goal of the game in the 11th minute as the Jamaicans finished atop the group with 13 points, two more than the Guyanese. They won four out of their five group matches. 

Jamaica's men team which has already qualified for next year’s CAC Games in Colombia, topped their qualifying group after outscoring Guyana 3-2 in their top-of-the-table clash.
