Javon Francis set to return to action

2013 World Championship mile relay silver medalist Javon Francis will be making a return to the track as one of the star attractions for the 2018 McKenley Wint Track and Field Classic after more than six months out due to injury. Francis who missed the National Championships and World Championships in 2017, says he has now fully recovered from the injuries that kept him out.

“I’m fully back and anxious to go back on the track to do my best as always.  I am training fully ,no pain; so I’m ready to start my show, said Francis who is targeting the World Indoor Championships and Commonwealth Games for this year. The meet is set for this coming Saturday at Calabar High.
