JC beat STATHS on penalties to lift fifth straight Manning Cup crown

Jamaica College are celebrating their triumph as ISSA Flow Manning Cup champions for the fifth consecutive year and the 29th time overall. The Miguel Coley-coached boys from Old Hope Road prevailed 5-3 on penalties over STATHS in Friday's final at the National Stadium after the teams had played out a 1-1 regulation and extra time draw.
JC who added the Manning Cup to the Walker Cup, will now turn their attention to the Olivier Shield all-island playoff against the DaCosta Cup champion on December 9.

Meanwhile, it's all systems go for the ISSA Flow DaCosta Cup final on Saturday at the Montego Bay Sports Complex where Clarendon College will be up against Rusea's High. The game kicks off at 6:00 with TVJ Sports Network and Hitz 92 FM having live coverage starting at 6:55 pm.
