Trinidad & Tobago's World 400mH Champion Jehue Gordon

Reigning World Championship 400m hurdles gold medallist, Jehue Gordon, of Trinidad and Tobago will be seeking to send a warning that he’s the future of the event when he takes on the veteran Felix Sanchez of the Dominican Republic at the 11th staging of the Jamaica International Invitational Meet on Saturday May 3.
The 22-year-old Gordon, who is 14 years younger than Felix, 36, surprisingly holds the upper hand in their head to head encounters winning 14 from 21.
In fact, Gordon has won four of their last five clashes with the last one coming at last summer’s Moscow World Championship, where he took gold in a personal best 47.69 seconds.
Even with that said, the experienced Felix cannot be written off. The veteran, who has a career best of 47.25 seconds has two Olympic titles (2004 & 2012), and two world championship gold medals (2001 & 2003).
