Portmore United are into their third straight Red Stripe Premier League final after crushing Cavalier 3-0 in the return leg of their semi-final match at the Spanish Town Prison Oval. The Shavar Thomas coached team were led by a double strike from Reggae Boy Jovan East. East opened the scoring in the fifth minute, which was doubled three minutes after the half time break by Jermie Lynch.
East returned to cap off the win 18 minutes from time. Waterhouse will take a 1-0 lead over defending champions Arnett Gardens in the other return leg semi-final on Monday night at the Tony Spaulding Sports Complex starting at 8:30 pm.
