Reggae Boyz defender moves to Norway

Reggae Boyz defender Damion Lowe has joined IK Start in Norway's second division. Lowe, the son of former national striker Onandi Lowe, departs USL club Tampa Bay Rowdies which he joined earlier this season and made 18 appearances.

He spent the previous three years with the Seattle Sounders after he was selected number 8 in the MLS Draft in 2014. He joined USL club Minnesota United FC in 2016 before his move to the Rowdies. The 24 year old centre-back played every minute of Jamaica's successful run to the recent Gold Cup final. IK Start are currently second in the division two table.
