Sabina to host ODI and T20 in Windies versus India series

Three years since staging its last limited overs fixture, Sabina Park is set to host a One Day International and a Twenty20 contest between the West Indies and India in July.

This comes after the Board of Control for Cricket in India confirmed India's tour of the Caribbean from June 23 to July 9.

The Indians will play five ODI's and a lone T20 on the tour with Sabina Park the chosen venue for the final 50 over fixture and the one-off T20 contest.

The first two ODI's will take place at the Queen's Park Oval in Trinidad and Tobago on June 23 and 25, before the teams move to the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua for two more games on June 30 and July 2. They will then switch focus to Sabina Park for games on July 6 and 9. The two teams have not met in an ODI at Sabina Park since the West Indies beat the Indians by a wicket in 2013.
