Scorpions continue to struggle in regional Pro League

The Jamaica Scorpions were reeling on 54-4 off 18 overs when play ended on Thursday's opening day of their WICB Pro League match against the Leeward Islands Hurricanes at the Sir Viv Richards Stadium in Antigua.

Jermaine Blackwood made 26 against Rahkeem Cornwall 2-31. The Hurricanes had earlier been bowled out for 155 in 87.1 overs.

The Hurricanes were led by Daron Cruickshank 51 and Montcin Hodge 41 against Damion Jacobs 5-50 and Nikita Miller 4-63.

In other games on Friday, Barbados pride take on Windward Islands Volcanoes and Guyana Jaguars face Trinidad and Tobago Red Force.
